He is the founder & CEO in a technology platform shared economy concept- HYRE (NASDAQ), He led the cookware industry with a pioneering ceramic coating technology. He is a business leader who understands the importance of urgency and knows how to build and assemble global teams across diversified industries quickly in special situations to solve major problems. Mr. Kim previously served as a Chairman of EZBankLoan, CEO of GrapeX Technologies Inc, and has helped public companies in Asia – Including FVC Japan (JASDAQ) Fund. Expertise in Strategy, Finance, M&A, Special Situations. He is a recipient of Eterne Award Canada for his humanitarian and environmental efforts. Most recently, Mr. Kim is leading a humanitarian effort to help the Native American tribes, which has led to the Colorado River of Indian Tribes to extend a first-ever open invitation to IQMD to help improve their health systems and provide better healthcare to tribal members inadequately serviced by government-run, Indian Health Services. He served under President Obama as US Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for Borders, Immigration & Trade, and as US Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for Threat Prevention and Security Policy. In those roles, he served as chief advisor to the US Secretary of Homeland Security on US and global immigration, refugee and border security matters, among other issues. He also served in the Bush Administration as Director of Policy and Planning for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, in the immediate aftermath of the 9/11 attacks. A lawyer, Mr. Stodder has served as a partner of a major global law firm and also teaches national security law at the University of Southern California Law School. He is also currently a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council, and a member of both the Council on Foreign Relations and the Pacific Council on International Policy. He also serves on the Alumni Leadership Council of the German Marshall Fund and on the Global Advisory Board of the International Summit on Borders. He has a JD from the University of Southern California Law School and a BA from Haverford College.

Officer IQMD. After arriving to the USA as a refugee at age 16, Dr. Do received his Medical Degree at the University of Southern California at age 25. Dr. Do completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from UCLA-West Los Angeles VA Hospital. As a refugee himself, Dr. Do has witnessed countless first experiences of South Vietnamese people who made the perilous journeys on tiny boats to the open sea in hopes of being rescued in international waters. Dr. Do’s father and his siblings made the same journeys without success until 1980 when his oldest brother finally made it out. Dr. Do actively participates in international humanitarian work, including United Nations funded projects. Dr. Do donates personally on sending medications to pediatric hospitals and has worked with Operation USA. He is dedicated to helping the refugees. Dr. Do is a humble example of what is possible when a refugee is given a chance to succeed.

IQMD. Mr. Miller has extensive International business and finance experience and has held senior-level positions for companies as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Treasurer. He has worked for several diverse companies in Asia: Umemura (Osaka), Pro-Mart Industries (Hong Kong), Bert-co Industries (Guangzhou), and Rechargeable Power Energy (Shenzhen). He has managed operations and has completed projects in Japan, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Iraq. In 2015, he co-authored three textbooks for use in Chinese universities. Most recently, he served as Director of Finance for a Native American Tribe and farming operation in the Southwest. His team successfully implemented a COVID-19 treatment and testing plan for Indian Tribes. A graduate from Brigham Young University with a Masters in Public Policy, he is an advocate of education, health, clean water, clean energy and leadership training in rural Mali. Samake served as mayor of his city of Ouelessebougou, Mali from 2009-2015 and brought trust and transparency to his town. A hospital, high school, and West Africa’s largest solar panel field were built, running water was expanded, and Mali’s ambassador to India and nine other Southeast Asian countries, doing groundbreaking work for Mali’s national interests and economy. Samake’s love for his native land and people, drive his determination to empower them through increased access to education and an understanding of citizenship and their rights through democracy.
